To be healthy and lose weight, we need to eat nutritious foods. It really is that simple. Unfortunately, BILLIONS of dollars are spent every day to seduce us not to. The food industry, drug companies, politicians, civil servants and even the medical profession all have strong Vested interests in making money and not in protecting our health. In one way or another, almost all the sources of information we would expect to support our overall health are contaminated over money and greed. If we face the facts, being sick and overweight keeps the corporations wealthy.
Thankfully, the world is beginning to wake up to the reality that healthy food creates healthy people. It’s all over the internet, TV, magazines, advertisements and people are just buzzing about it. Sales of organic produce in the US have tripled over the last 5 years. Of course big corporations are noticing and stores like Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s and Organic sections at stores like Kroger and Wal Mart show us that people are becoming increasingly concerned with their health. When we spend our money on healthy foods and take a stand for our health the big corporations actually do notice.
We really don’t need another diet, we just need the stores to finally only carry organic and healthy foods and we need to know how to prepare them. Most of the supermarket is filled with JUNK. The junk isn’t even really food. I call it Frankenfood because most of it was created by chemicals in a factory. Our bodies are not meant to eat Frankenfood. Our bodies are begging to be nourished by clean, whole foods; not microwaved chemicals in a box. All we need is to learn how to shop and how to easily prepare our foods so our bodies will be happy and fully nourished. That way our cravings basically disappear and we only eat when we are hungry and stop when we are full. Our bodies were designed to know when to say when. When our body is filled with chemicals and not real food, it messes with the stomach/brain and therefore the body has no idea it’s full. Many chemicals in our frankenfoods are added on purpose to make us overeat. It’s a vicious cycle. I was stuck in it and so many of you are as well. I can help you break that cycle, if you’re ready.
