Many factors go into keeping your spirit bright. Think about the food that goes into your body, what you are putting on your skin, the water you bathe in and drink, the air you breathe in your home, in stores, in your office, even outside, moving your body (lack of), stress, sleep (lack of), medications, vaccines and the list goes on and on…
Think about your life, your family’s life your friend’s lives. Most people today have just become robots on terrible schedules just going through the motions and not really living. We are always in a hurry, rushing to work, getting the kids to day care, school, after school activities, and so on. It’s always rush, rush, rush. That starts the vicious cycle of lack of sleep, sit on your butt at work all day, sit in the car in traffic to and from work, rush to pick up children and rush to the ball field, dance class or other activities all while your face is down staring at your phone, and Repeat. When do we take time for ourselves? When do we really live?
When you nourish your body completely, you will Flourish!
Sebastian does not eat junk food. I mean NO Fast Food, Nothing Fried, NO chicken nuggets, NO candy, NO soda, NO fake juice with added sugars and chemicals, NO CRAP. We do what we can to eat clean even if we are rushing around going crazy, there is no excuse for eating crap. We do not keep junk in the house, we only have organic ingredients.
